## **DICAS NO APLICATIVO**

### **Limpeza de arquivos temporários**

O VRMobile conta com uma opção em seu menu lateral (drawer ou sanduiche) chamada **LIMPAR DADOS**, com o objetivo de evitar o acúmulo de cards e informações transmitidas no aplicativo, tornando assim o aplicativo rápido e ágil, limpando de seu aplicativo, informações que já foram enviadas para o VRMaster.

Em alguns casos, dependendo da especificação técnica do dispositivo (hardware), recomendamos para maior usabilidade a limpeza de cache do aplicativo, pois em alguns casos o aparelho não possui a memória ram recomendada e o aplicativo poderá apresentar alguma lentidão, dependendo do processo utilizado. OBS: Lembrando sempre, que é uma recomendação em dispositivos com um hardware inferior.

## **PERMISSÕES DE USUÁRIO**

### **Permissões do usuário no aplicativo:**

O aplicativo VR Mobile utiliza as mesmas permissões do VR Master. Ou seja, caso o usuário tenha permissão no VR Master para lançar um balanço, automaticamente terá a permissão no VR Mobile. Com isso, eliminamos a necessidade do cliente ter dois lugares para liberar a permissão, tornando assim, a usabilidade do aplicativo semelhante ao VR Master.

**Abaixo, segue o menu do VR Mobile e a respectiva permissão que deverá ser liberada no VR Master:**

**MENU ADMINISTRATIVO:**

**- Cotação Fornecedor:** VR Master -> Administrativo -> Analise Cotacao Fornecedor -> ALTERAR

**- Cotação Cliente:** VR Master -> Administrativo -> Cotacao Cliente-> INCLUIR

**- Pedido:** VR Master -> Administrativo -> Pedido Compra -> INCLUIR e CONSULTAR

**- Pesquisa:** VR Master -> Administrativo -> Pesquisa -> INCLUIR

**- Ruptura:** VR Master -> Administrativo -> Controle Ruptura -> CONSULTAR

**- Venda PDV:** VR Master -> Administrativo -> Venda PDV -> CONSULTAR

**- Venda Período:** VR Master -> Administrativo -> Venda Período -> CONSULTAR

**- Análise de Oferta:** VR Master -> Administrativo -> Analise Oferta -> CONSULTAR

**- Administração de Preço:** VR Master -> Administrativo -> Administração Preco -> ALTERAR

**- Agenda Fornecedor:** VR Master -> Administrativo -> Agenda Fornecedor -> CONSULTAR

**- Produção:** VR Master -> Estoque -> Producao -> INCLUIR

**- Quebra:** VR Master -> Estoque -> Quebra -> ALTERAR e CONSULTAR

**- Transferência Interna:** VR Master -> Estoque -> Transferencia Interna -> ALTERAR

**- Contas a Pagar -> Fornecedor:** VR Master -> Financeiro -> Analise Fornecedor -> CONSULTAR

**- Contas a Receber -> Análise Recebimento:** VR Master -> Financeiro -> Analise Recebimento-> CONSULTAR

**MENU NOTA FISCAL:**

**- Conferência NF Entrada (INCLUSAO SENHA):** VR Master -> Nota Fiscal -> Entrada Conferencia -> INCLUIR

**- NF Entrada:** VR Master -> Nota Fiscal -> Entrada -> CONSULTAR

**- NF Saída:** VR Master -> Nota Fiscal -> Saida -> INCLUIR e CONSULTAR

**- NF Despesa:** VR Master -> Nota Fiscal -> Despesa -> CONSULTAR

**- NF Bonificação:** VR Master -> Nota Fiscal -> Analise Bonificacao -> CONSULTAR

**MENU LOGÍSTICA:**

**- Reposição:** VR Master -> Logistica -> Reposicao -> INCLUIR

**- Controle de Cargas:** Não necessita de liberação

**MENU UTILITÁRIO:**

**- Emissor Etiqueta:** Não necessita de liberação, pois a consulta não passa pelo VR Master.

**- Estoque Online:** VR Master -> Utilitario -> Estoque Online -> INICIAR

**- Consultar Preço:** Não necessita de liberação, pois a consulta não passa pelo VR Master.

**- DDV Mínimo:** Não necessita de liberação

**- VR Task - ANÁLISE GERENCIAL**: VR Master -> Utilitario -> Tarefa Analise Gerencial -> CONSULTAR

**- VR Task - LANÇAMENTO -> CONSULTAR TAREFAS**: VR Master -> Utilitario -> Tarefa Lançamento -> CONSULTAR

**- VR Task - LANÇAMENTO -> INCLUSÃO**: VR Master -> Utilitario -> Tarefa Lançamento -> INCLUIR

**- VR Task - LANÇAMENTO -> EXECUÇÃO**: VR Master -> Utilitario -> Tarefa Execução -> CONSULTAR
