# PKCS11 NOT FOUND

**O erro acontece quando é transmitido a nota fiscal e o certificado A1 não está "OPERACIONAL".**

1 - Verifique se o computador que está transmitindo a nota tem a pasta c:/vr/nfe/certificado. 2 - Cerifique-s que os arquivos: certificado.jks e token.cfg se encontram na pasta. 3 - Certifique-se que o arquivo token.cfg tem a seguinte configuração:

4 - Acesse: c:/vr e verifique se o arquivo vr.properties tem a TAG "nfe.diretório" = c:/vr/nfe 5 - Salve todas as alterações realizadas. 6 - Feche o aplicativo VRMaster. 7 - Tente transmitir a nota novamente.

**O erro acontece quando é transmitido a nota fiscal e o certificado A3 não está "OPERACIONAL".**

1 - Verificar se o certificado está conectado na máquina corretamente; 2 - Verificar se o status do certificado está "OPERACIONAL" (para verificar o status basta acessar o programa próprio do certificado); 3 - Se não estiver "OPERACIONAL", ligue em outra entrada USB; 4 - Repita o passo 2. 5 - Feche o software VRMaster e abra novamente. 6 - Tente transmitir a nota novamente.
