**Ocorre quando há um caracter inválido no cadastro do destinatário.**

1 - Acesse o menu Cadastro > Operacional > Fornecedor ou Cliente Eventual; 2 - Verifique todos os campos do cadastro e identifique o caracter inválido. Esse caracter pode ser: "Ç", acentos e pontuações em geral.

**OBSERVAÇÕES: Entende-se por caracteres inválidos tudo o que não é letras e números.**
