**Ocorre quando a alíquota de ICMS está cadastrada de forma errada, sendo assim, não gera BASE de ICMS e ICMS.**

– Identifique quais produtos estão sem base e sem valor na nota fiscal. – Tecle F11 e digite aliquota – Acesse o cadastro de Alíquota e clique em pesquisar(![](/files/m9woU7dXMZcH11F97UAI). – Localize a alíquota cadastrada no item e ajuste para que gere Base e ICMS. – Salve e importe os produtos para a nota novamente.

**NOTA: Verificar se a opção de base de ICMS está destacada e se a base ICMS ST está com o CST 060. Realizar a correção para a regra estadual onde o estado de São Paulo é CST 000 ou CST 020. Para os demais estado CST 010 ou CST 070.**
