# Registro de abertura do bloco informa que o bloco tem movimento no entanto nenhum registro foi informado no bloco

**Ocorre quando existem notas lançadas com o tipo de nota sem o flag "ATUALIZA ESCRITA FISCAL".**

* Acesse fiscal > Escrituração > Nota Fiscal.
* Selecione o período do SPED Fiscal.
* Selecione a loja e informe no campo Cupom Fiscal a opção TODOS.
* Clique em consultar(![](/files/m9woU7dXMZcH11F97UAI).
* Deverá retornar "Registro não encontrado".
* Acesse o cadastro dos Tipos nota Entrada e Tipos nota Saída e marque a opção "Atualize Escrita".
* Reprocesse a escrita das notas de entrada e das notas de saída.
* Reprocesse as consistências marcando a opção FISCAL.
* Gere o SPED novamente.
