# Registro C800 - Erro: 11 - CHV\_CFE - O Número de série do SAT da chave do documento eletrônico não confere com o Número de série do SAT informado no documento fiscal

**Ocorre quando o número de série do SAT informado no cadastro difere do número de série do equipamento do PDV.**

1 - Identifique o número de série na chave do cupom fiscal, é o sexto campo após o paipe "|". 2 - Click sobre o erro para identificar qual o cupom. 3 - No campo "Número de Série do Equipamento do SAT" informe o número de série identificado no passo 1. 4 - Salve o registro e valide novamente o arquivo. 5 - Se validado com sucesso exporte pelo próprio validador.
