# PRECO NAO SOBE PARA OS PDVs

**Pode ocorrer quando o concentrador está travado ou quando o preço da ferramenta atacado está diferente do preço que está sendo administrado.**

1 - Acesse o menu: Administrativo > Administração Preço. 2 - Clique na ferramenta atacado(![](/files/uPt0aufICnXfdsdyGV8h) 3 - Verifique se o preço proposto está diferente do preço proposto do valor que está sendo administrado. Caso esteja deixe igual ao valor do campo "Preço Proposto" da administração de preço. 4 - Salve e teste. 5 - Caso não resolva, entre em contato com o Suporte da VR Software.
