# SUN SECURITY VALIDATOR EXCEPTION : PKIX PATH VALIDATION FAILED : JAVA SECURITY CERT CERTPATHVALIDATOREXCEPTION : TIMESTAMP CHECK FAILED

**Ocorre quando a configuração do e-mail que está no Gerenciador de XML está errado.**

1 - Verifique as configurações do e-mail com seu provedor de e-mails; 2 - Abra o aplicativo Gerenciador de XML em seguida acesse o menu: Sistema / Configuração; 3 - Insira a senha: admloja1 (caso seja loja1), admloja2 (caso seja loja2) e assim sucessivamente; 4 - Clique em Autenticar; 5 - Acesse a Aba Email; 6 - Clique duas vezes no e-mail configurado e verifique as configurações de seu provedor de e-mail; 7 - Salve as alterações e clique em sair.
