# ACESSO NEGADO

**Ocorre ao realizar impressões no VRFrente ou VREmissorEtiqueta e as permissões de compartilhamento não estão adequadas para o acesso a impressora.**

* Acesse a pasta: C:\Windows\System32\spool.
* Clique com o botão direito do mouse na pasta PRINTERS e vá em Propriedades.
* Acesse a aba Compartilhamento e clique no botão Compartilhamento Avançado.
* Marque a opção "Compartilhar esta pasta".
* Clique no botão Permissões e conceda permissão total.
* Acesse novamente a pasta: C:\Windows\System32\spool.
* Clique com o botão direito do mouse na pasta PRINTERS e vá em Propriedades.
* Acesse a aba Segurança e clique no botão Editar.
* Na janela seguinte clique no botão Adicionar.
* Na janela Selecionar Usuários ou Grupo clique em Avançado.
* Agora clique no botão Localizar Agora.
* No campo Resulta da Pesquisa encontre o usuário REDE.
* Clique duas vezes no usuário e volte na tela Permissões para PRINTERS.
* Conceda permissão total para REDE e clique em OK.
