# TRN EM ANDAMENTO

**Ocorre ao passar o cartão no Pinpad.**

1 - Acesse o menu Iniciar > Executar. Ou se preferir use as teclas de atalho (WINDOWS)+R 2 - Digite: devmgmt.msc e tecle enter. 3 - Encontre o driver do Pinpad que está utilizando, em seguida clique com o botão direito e escolha a opção "Desinstalar". 4 - Após realizar a desinstalação, clique no botão "Verificar se há atualização de hardware" (veja imagem abaixo).

5 - Após verificar que o computador encontrou um hardware desconhecido [Clique aqui.](http://vrsoftware.dyndns.org:34000/wiki/arquivos/pinpad/ppc900e910.exe) para fazer o download do driver do Pinpad PPC900/910. Caso este não seja o Pinpad que você está utilizando [clique aqui](http://vrsoftware.dyndns.org:34000/wiki/index.php/Repositorio_de_Arquivos) e encontre o driver de seu Pinpad. 6 - Realize a instalação do driver.
