# ERRO PINPAD 30 ou 31 (SERIAL)

**Problema na comunicação do Pinpad**

1 - Verifique se o Pinpad está ligado; 2 - Acesse o menu: Iniciar / Executar ou use as teclas de atalho (WINDOWS) + R.; 3 - Digite: devmgmt.msc 4 - Verifique em qual porta COM o pinpad está; 5 - Verifique no arquivo ClisiTef.ini se a porta está configurada corretamente na tag "\[PinPadCompartilhado]". A porta tem deve estar com 2 dígitos exemplo: 05; 6 - Caso esteja configurado corretamente, desligue o computador, retire a CPU da tomada, aguarde 5 segundos. Retire o cabo do Pinpad e recoloque na mesma porta. Ligue a CPU e teste, se o erro persistir desligue o computador novamente e refaça os testes, porém, coloque o Pinpad em uma porta serial diferente. 7 - Execute a função 183 no PDV para atualizar as DLLs do Caixa.
