# PDV NAO PEGA CARGA

\*\*Ocorre quando o PDV está com Firewall habilitado, não está em rede, a versão do java está incorreta, versão do PDV é muito antiga, anti-vírus habilitado ou serviço Firebird está desativado. \*\*

1 - Verificar se o concentrador esta aberto. 2 - Clique na aba atividades e verifique se existe erros, caso sim vá para o passo 6. 3 - Verifique se o PDV está on-line com o concentrador dessa forma(![](/files/ngcM12e7wBdDDrETIZJJ)). Caso esteja assim(![](/files/CNNNdUbqB3MFIVO2mxNg) o PDV não está comunicando com o Concentrador; 4 - Verifique o status do Firewall do Windows se está desativado; 5 - Verifique se não existe nenhum anti-virus ativado na máquina, caso haja desabilite e logo depois execute a função 120 no PDV; 6 - Contatar supervisor técnico da VR Software.
