# Balança Toledo 9094 não pesa

**Ocorre quando a balança se encontra desconfigurada.**

* Desligue a balança.
* Ligue com o botão TARA (botão com simbolo de "T") pressionado, aparecerá no visor uma contagem, aguarde até aparecer o código da versão.
* Aperte a tecla imprimir até aparecer "C14 Pr351" no visor (Atenção, antes aparece somente "C14", aperte mais uma vez para aparecer "C14 Pr351".
* Aperte o botão LIGA até ele aparecer "C14 PRT1" no visor.
* Aperte a tecla imprimir, mostrará no visor algumas informações de configuração, inclusive a velocidade que devera ser configurado no VRPdv.
* Quando aparecer uma sequência zeros, ela já estará configurada.
