# AO SELECIONAR FINALIZADORA NADA ACONTECE

**Ocorre quando a finalizadora não está com a opção "Utilizado" marcada no PDV parâmetro ou quando o Layout de Finalizadora está incorreto.**

1 - Abra o VRMaster e acesse o menu: PDV / PARÂMETRO / aba Finalizadora; 2 - Verifique se na coluna Utilizado a finalizadora em questão está com a opção marcada.
