# Instalacao Impressora Control Id Printid Windows

## **INSTALAÇÃO**

* Para realizar a instalação da impressora Print ID emulando uma porta COM virtual com cabo USB é necessário executar o instalador que acompanha o driver.
* Abrir o PDV, configurar a impressora para o modelo GENERICA.
* Configuração da Impressora: 9600,n,8,1
* O Tipo Comando Gaveta, configurar como ELGIN/EPSON DIRETO.
* O Tipo Comando Guilhotina, configurar como ELGIN/EPSON TOTAL.
* Tamanho Fonte e Espaçamento entre linhas deve ser configurado como NORMAL.
* Após reiniciar o PDV sua impressora PRINT ID estará pronta para utilização.

**OBS: Caso após a instalação do driver a porta COM apareça com um ícone de advertência(exclamação amarelo) no Gerenciador de Dispositivos do Windows, é necessário realizar a atualização do Firmware da Impressora.** [**Acesse aqui o manual com as instruções de atualização.**](https://www.controlid.com.br/userguide/printid.pdf)
